If you are a distribution channel and you are looking to source for our products, we are more than happy to explain the details on how things would work!

New Distributors

STEP 1: DISTRIBUTOR APPLICATION

  • Please download and fill up the Distributor Application Form.
  • Once completed, upload it back to us. Our team will check the documents for approval.
  • We will generate a User name and Password for your new account to login to our website.

STEP 2: CREDIT TERMS APPLICATION (Optional)

  • Please download the Credit Application Form and Letter of Guarantee.
  • Once completed, upload it back to us. Our team will check the documents for approval.
  • The credit limit and duration are subject to our Finance team’s approval.
  • *Both forms are compulsory to be filled and acknowledged for credit terms.

STEP 3: LOG IN AND CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCTS

  • Log in with the details provided into the JiaTaste website.
  • Once completed, upload it back to us. Our team will check the documents for approval.
  • Browse the products section and add them to your cart.
  • Make sure to double-check your order before checkout.

STEP 4: CHECKOUT AND CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

  • Once you are ready to check out, confirm your delivery address.
  • Select your preferred payment method:
  1. Online Transfer – Default payment method available for all accounts
  2. Credit Terms – Only for approved accounts with credit facilities registered with us

STEP 5: PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will email to you a soft copy Invoice and Delivery Order for your reference.
  • For non-credit customers, arrange the payment according to the Invoice details.
  • Email the payment slip to us and we will arrange for the delivery to you.

  • For credit term customers, we will arrange the delivery to you within 3-4 working days. Please ensure payments are kept up to date to avoid any discrepancy in the delivery if your products.
